Welcome to the Catholic Campus Ministry at Hendrix College. CCM Conway serves all college-aged people in the Conway area (UCA, Hendrix, UACCM, CBC, etc). We don’t stop at undergraduates…we serve graduate students, professional students, and recent alumni

We are a student ministry joyfully rooted in our Catholic identity that welcomes all students from UCA, Hendrix, and nearby colleges. We live out the love of Christ and neighbor with excitement. Through the Holy Eucharist, intentional relationships, and small groups we invite students to experience God in a truly personal way. We love our neighbors through friendships, acts of charity, and acts of justice-upholding the dignity of all those we encounter. We encourage students to become leaders in their Church, their community and their world through embracing the reason the Church exists: evangelization.

We are a diverse community of students, faculty, alumni, parents, and ministry staff who are in love with God and desires to share that love with the world.

CCM Conway has various events on and off campus. We have weekly Mass on Sundays at 7 pm during the academic year at the CCM House just a couple of miles down the road and don’t worry, many Hendrix students carpool. We also have weekly Small Groups on campus lead by fellow Hendrix students. CCM Conway has regular socials, weekly praise and worship, monthly service opportunities, and a whole lot more.

The best way to learn all about it is to follow us on social media (FB, Insta, & Youtube) and to register with us at

Small Groups

Monthly Events

Day of Service - Usually the 1st Saturday of the month, we take the morning to go out and love people through acts of mercy & justice. Everyone is welcome.

Socials - Throughout the semester we get together to have FUN! We host an awesome Halloween party, game nights, movie nights, as well as hit the town to grab dinner, go skating or try to escape a room.

Men's & Women's groups - These student lead groups meet once a month to hang out, share life, and grow in faith as a community.

Campus meetups - Come spend time with a member of staff and fellow students as we just hang out somewhere on campus be it in the cafe for lunch, in the business building with coffees...

CONNECT - this is a retreat just for incoming students!!! Our current students host a retreat in September to help make the jump to campus that much easier. With talks, games, small groups, music, and food; we cram so much into an 18-hour event (Friday at 5 pm until Saturday around Noon). Check out the website for registration information!!

State Retreat - all the college-aged people from across the state gather in the fall to get away from the busyness of our campuses and spend some quiet time with God. Speakers and themes vary year to year and is something you do not want to miss.

Spring Retreat - Each spring CCM Conway host an amazing retreat for all area college-aged people. Talks from current students, alumni, staff, and special guest mean this retreat is sure to break you out of the winter and mid-semester blues. Some years are men's & women's while other years are combined.

Faith formation & discipleship

Men's & Women's DTG (discipleship training group) - this is a year-long program that begins in January (so spring to fall) that meets weekly during the academic year before classes in the morning in order to learn not only how to be a disciple, but practice how to be one and learn how to help others to do so as well. This is not open to everyone due to the vulnerability required, but if you are interested contact Kasey Miller for more information.

One on Ones - want to learn how to pray, how to connect with scripture, how to talk about your faith, or maybe you want accountability or help sorting through things in your life. CCM Conway staff and student leaders are more than happy to meet with students one on one regularly. We are called to walk together and build each other up and this is one of the best ways to do so. Contact Kasey Miller if you are interested.

Special events & series - at various times throughout the year CCM Conway host special events and series to help connect more and to highlight things not usually discussed. Examples are Lenten Social Justice Small Group, Building Bridges discussion group, Peace & Justice Week, Our Lady of Lourdes event, etc.

Leadership Development

Ministry teams - CCM Conway encourages students to take ownership in their ministry. With roles ranging from helping set up for Mass or decorating for the Halloween party to being a small group leader or co-leading DTG with a member of staff, there is room for you to grow and try things out. Teams meet either weekly or monthly with members of CCM Conway staff for formation and planning. We do suggest participating in the CCM Conway community for at least a semester before joining any leadership team.
